Lilavadee in Stuttgart

In my opinion the best Thai in Stuttgart! For years, the dishes have been of consistently high quality and yet come very close to their Thai originals. We are always treated in a very friendly and courteous manner - a small tip for everyone who goes on and on about the staff: Friendliness is not a one-way street and everyone is happy about a nice word, especially in times of stress. Unfortunately, visits are not possible during the lockdown, but you can pick up the food, it's worth it. In any case, we are very happy when (completely normal) restaurant visits are possible again and would be happy to come back.

The food at Lilavadee has been excellent every single time, whether in the restaurant or now due to Corona when you pick it up. In addition, a personal, never intrusive, service that made every evening spent there, together with the pleasant ambience (sometimes you sit a little close to the next table) a successful one. After two visits with me, a good friend comes from Würzburg (!) At least once a month to eat at Lilavadee. Absolute recommendation for Thai cuisine!

Great, tasty Thai food. Not very cheap but excellent in taste. Unfortunately, due to Corona, we were only able to use the takeaway service. When ordering by phone, we were told that the waiting time was 30 minutes, which is perfectly fine for a Saturday evening. The time window was also kept. Gladly again!

Great seating on the terrace, good food with friendly service. In terms of price rather in the upper range, considering the location, the quality and the service in my opinion (barely) justified.

Always delicious and worth the high price. I was only sometimes disappointed with take away. For this reason there is a point deduction. It's worth making a reservation!

Great food but too pricey

The Lilavadee is a very good restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. It is charmingly furnished with an atmosphere typical of the country. The terrace is also beautifully designed with greenery and flowers. The food is very good. The degree of sharpness of the dishes can be adjusted on request. The service from Lilavadee is also good. The prices are a bit higher. 30 EUR per person for starter, main course and drink.

Our ordered dishes were mixed up, which can happen, but there is an apology from the service staff, which did not take place the salted prices was really poor. We noticed this from the staff, and then we only got the answer that it was so common for cooked dishes. The dishes were not adequate for this price category. Dry and bland. When we finished the meal, we weren't even asked if we were satisfied Overall, the restaurant was not overcrowded, we came at 6 p.m. and the service staff was not really friendly and tried hard. I cannot recommend this restaurant!

Best Thai in Stuttgart!

However, the restaurant was very well attended and got the last table - that is, I was probably lucky. Reservations on weekends are therefore recommended. The food was consistently excellent, the preparation was also very good and authentic. The food of my company was also excellent. Only the prices are higher "Degerlocher" level. Nevertheless, I would be happy to recommend the restaurant!

Best Thai I've ever been to.

The quality of the food is excellent. Priced accordingly a bit higher. The staff is partly friendly and sometimes a bit annoyed. We felt totally comfortable in the ambience - very comfortable and authentic.

? Excellent restaurant ? Very nice service staff, fast service. Accept special requests without comment. The food was delicious, flavorful and freshly cooked. If you want to spoil your taste buds is right here.

Nice Thai restaurant with tasty food. Though it is probably the most expensive Thai restaurant in Stuttgart (20 EUR for "standard" duck dish) and the portion size, uniqueness nor the quality are adequate to the price.

The good was good;

Incredibly rude staff. Doesn’t matter to me at this point if the food is great. I live around the corner but definitely won’t be bringing friends here.

This place is bit away from city center. Staffs are nice, but foods are bit salty for me-especially Pad thai.

Very good restaurant and they have a cocktail that is really special, but I don't remember the name. Maybe the prices are slightly above the average, but it totally worth it

The food was quite good for such a small place that remote. Both our dishes would have been better with just a little more coconut milk to get to amore creamy consistency. The staff unfortunately was totally overwhelmed. Very very slow, confused tables, and forgot our drinks twice. Also we had to wait 15 minutes for the bill. Sad, minor things could make the difference.

Nice place to eat

Decent Thai Food and nice staff. But nothing special in my opinion.

The service wasn't over the top but the food was authentic Thai food and very tasty. The portions are small and the prices are high. Although the pad Thai was very Good, it was missing some key things; no lime and no beansprouts. I would recommend this restaurant if you need a Thai fix but there are others in Stuttgart also with authentic food and less pricey.

Fresh and tasty food served by beautiful courteous ladies

My waitress was absolutely great, the food was dreamy and the environment was interesting and trendy. I enjoyed myself，Don't hesitate if you see a line, it moves pretty quick and it's worth every second of the wait. Highly recommend Dottie's.

Authentic cuisine combined with great service

If you like Thai food served by frustrated, angry, and rude women in Thai dress, this is the place for you! Wait staff is short tempered and hate to be asked for anything. They freak out if you ask for water, another glass(so everyone at the table could drink the water) silverware, and even the check. Three tables were sharing one ashtray because they were afraid to ask for another one. Food is over salted and €20 plate. Drinks are extra, so for two people, expect to pay around €50. We normally have coffee and share a dessert, but service was so bad, customers just pay and leave. Wüst Dienst!
